Season 1

Sweetpea (2024) Sweetpea (2024) [Season 1, Episode 1] Sorry for Your Loss
Shown 9th October 2024 [Wednesday]

Rhiannon Lewis ( Ella Purnell ) is a frustrated young woman. She has a dead-end job, and everyone takes her for granted. All pretty normal stuff, like in Fight Club . However, because this story is female-led everything is interpreted as the fault of men. In all fairness, the story is clearly told from the perspective of a borderline mentally ill person.

Rhiannon's father dies, and everything else goes wrong in her life. She blames a former school classmate, who bullied her fifteen years previously. However, the story would be over too quickly if the bully was the first victim.

Sweetpea (2024) Sweetpea (2024) [Season 1, Episode 2] This Sort of Thing Needs Some Feminine Energy
Shown 9th October 2024 [Wednesday]

Rhiannon Lewis ( Ella Purnell ) covers up for the murder she comitted. Because of luck rather than planning, it looks like she will get away with it. However, she begins to have regrets. She takes advantage of her job at the local newspaper to insinuate herself into the case.

Rhiannon's plan is to find something bad about her victim, so she can tell herself that he deserved it. This allows her to literally blame the victim, so she can justify more murders. Some of the people on her hit-list are assholes, but nothing worthy of the death penalty.

Sweetpea (2024) Sweetpea (2024) [Season 1, Episode 3] Black Spots in the Garage
Shown 9th October 2024 [Wednesday]

Rhiannon Lewis ( Ella Purnell ) targets her next victim - a former school classmate, who bullied her fifteen years previously. While the show has lots of graphic violence against men, it turns out that females deserve more ladylike treatment.

Rhiannon is also plotting against her cow-orkers. However, they are decent people who treat her as well as could be expected. She feels entitled to credit for the story about the murder victim, although she is not an actual journalist and blagged her way into the case. To his credit, the man who wrote the victim-blaming story also takes responsibility when the grieving widow turns up.
