) has returned via a sinkhole in Seattle.
It looks like his group is now in 10,000 BCE ...
all they have to do is walk thousands of miles south
until they get to what will become the Los Angeles area.
Worse, they have to avoid the wooly rhino.

) and Levi go looking for some other groups.
They try to save some enslaved persons,
but it does not go as they expected.
The son and his girl arrive in 1988.

Presumably he just wings them,
because there are no repercussions.

against the least strong or skilled fighter.
Yes, his ex-wife's new love interest has to fight him.

The survivors have to build defences
in the hope of surviving the inevitable stampede.

Instead of mindless killing or enslaving or the mines,
they are searching for a book of hand-written scientific notes.
The shrink is in the Lazarus building.
In exchange for treatments to cure his cancer,
he provides free psychiatric services to the Lazarus leader.

The Wedding

She gives him Aaron's journal,
a major plot device that may let them get home.
However, a new antagonist has emerged
so other recurring characters may be written out.
The regulars are all invited to a wedding.
The shrink is marrying his love interest, the native chiefteness.
Well, her ex-husband just died
so she is widowed and free to re-marry.
Gavin's father Joshua is invited too.
Levi wants revenge on Joshua,
and intends to use poison.

The Swarm

Gavin takes his family to infiltrate the Lazarus building again.
Luckily Joshua still has one loyal ally left.
However, the coup resulted in a security lapse
and now the sabre-tooth tigers are on the loose inside the building.
Levi wants revenge on Joshua,
and intends to use C4 explosive.
The clearing is on the hive of a massive swarm of hornets.
The survivors have to build defences
in the hope of surviving the inevitable stampede.

The survivors discover there is safety in a cave.
They decide to make the long march there,
fifteen whole miles away.
When villains are accidentally taken alive,
they are taken to the cave-men's village
and never seen or mentioned again.
Are they sacrificed to some nearby volcano god,
or do they end up in the stew-pot?
After all, we think of Ewoks as being annoyingly cute and fuzzy
but they were going to barbecue Han Solo.
The South Asian anthropologist finds a German girl named Petra.
She is lost in the woods, looking for her mother.

) goes back in time.
She micro-jumps four hours,
to prevent her husband from being injured.
Of course, all this plays into the prophecy
of her getting killed near the red flowers.
However, for some reason the time portal must remain open
so that she can return ... rather than get stuck?
Worse, the time machine's cooling system starts to break down.
Lucas the drug-dealer wants to stay with the cave-men
rather than return to 2021.
After all, they respect his leadership abilities
while in 2021 he is a convicted druggie.
However, his GF Veronica
is pregnant so some health-care would be nice.
Nobody mentions that health-care in 2021 Los Angeles
is rationed accoring to ability to pay,
so they would probably be better off staying with the cave-men.
Gavin gets to tie up his storyline with his father.

The multiple time-holes in the previous episode
means the area has been flooded with dinosaurs.
They destroy the Clearing,
so the survivors have to go to the cave-mens village.
Lucas the drug-dealer wants to apply for a vacant seat
on the cave-mens' ruling council.
Gavin's wife was sucked through a time-hole.
Now the cast gets down-sized even further.
Tim's daughter gets sick,
so Gavin's son takes her through another time-hole.
Now the other survivors will spend the next few episodes
trying to somehow get them back.
The South Asian anthropologist gets his laptop working,
by using potatoes as a source of electrical power.
He even manages to get it online.
Well, it makes a connection with another nearby computer.
The bad news is that the other computer is run by the bad guys,
based in the area of a nearby US Air Force Base.
They tell him to find someone or something called Sierra.

The head cavewoman claims the dead man was askilled warrior,
then implies that one of the survivors may have killed him.
Yes, she genuinely believes that a city-dweller from 2021
could easily defeat a tough caveman warrior.
It turns out that a group of pterodactyls are in the area.
Worse, they have chosen the village as their new nesting ground.

Yes, the cavemen built a wooden dam across the river.
It even has a rope-operated hatch,
like something out of the Ewok village.

Gavin has the microchip.
He and the other survivors want to trade it for his missing wife.
However, they know there is a traitor in their camp.
Gavin's daughter takes time off
to go on a moonlit camping trip with her new BFF.
Yes, this is one of the storylines
where the bloodline is doomed
because all the youngest generation are homosexuals.

The Road Home (2)

Gavin takes his family back to 1965
to rescue the characters who were not included in other episodes
due to budgetary constraints.
Then they head back to 10,000 BCE
to prevent the USAF from completing
their time-traveling stealth bomber project.
The doctor stays in 1965 with his teen daughter.
Apparently 1960s medicine is just not good enough,
so he barricades the door
and single-handedly operates on her himself.
Gavin uses a jeep to lure out the local T-Rex,
and weaponises it as a distraction against the USAF base.
While the guards are busy fighting it,
he and his family try to steal or destroy the research.
Remember, the guards are serving or former US military personnel
so they are easily defeated in a one-on-one fight
with untrained civilians.
Also, Gavin has backup - the local cavemen.
Yes, once again the Ewoks can triumph easily
over an entire Legion of the Emperor's finest stormtroopers.
