Dierdre Mayfair ( Annabeth Gish ) needs her thorazine shot. Her new doctor decides to review her file. Young Deirdre was raised by her aunt, a super-Karen who acts like a secular nun. When she hit seventeen she crept out and went to a party held by her creepy uncle Cortland Mayfair (Harry Hamlin - Clash of the Titans ). The good news is that he arranges a hook-up for her. The bad news is that she gets impregnated, producing the next generation of Witches ...
Dr. Rowan Fielding ( Alexandra Daddario ) discovers she may have a superpower. She is a doctor who can magically diagnose patients. Unfortunately, because this show's subtext is Feminism she is surrounded by small men with big egos. This is a problem, because she needs a father figure to deliver validation. Luckily she can magically give men fatal brain aneurisms, like in American Horror Story: Coven . Unfortunately she does not have a Death Vag, she just weaponises feminist rants. One man is murdered because she wants her adoptive mother to get life-saving cancer treatment, but refuses to take responsibility for the life of the other person that she would be depriving of that treatment. Hypocritically, the lives of the men she kills - men who themselves were saving many other lives - are shown as having no value.

Dr. Rowan Fielding ( Alexandra Daddario ) discovers she may have a stalker. He is Ciprien Grieve (Tongayi Chirisa), and he has photos of her biological family on his cell-phone.
Everyone is trying to find Rowan, but she is a step ahead of the rest of them. The only thing that slows her down is when she stops to boast to a polite desk-clerk that she is a Doctor, not just a regular Miss.

Lasher is busy distracting Ciprian.
The Witch-hunters have captured the cousin. They plan to video her while they force her to use magic. Unfortunately for them, they are a tiny group of amateurs.

Dr. Rowan Fielding ( Alexandra Daddario ) has ended the witch-hunter sub-plot. However, to do so she summoned Lasher (Jack Huston - Antebellum (2020) ). Now his plot takes over, as he attempts to bring about the prophecy. Unfortunately it is too late to prevent him.
Ciprian works out everything that is going on. He does not need any detective skills, he cheats by using his super-power of empathy to see history by touching certain objects.
